Feedback Removal


PRODUCT Related Feedback removal instruction:

  1. Login to your Amazon seller account
  2. Click on ‘Performance’
  3. Scroll to the bottom left, and click on ‘Get support’
  4. Click ‘Selling on Amazon’
  5. Click ‘Customers and orders’
  6. Under ‘Provide or select a recent Order, please enter in the transaction ID
  7. Click ‘next’
  8. Once the order is pulled up, choose ‘Customer Feedback Removal Request’
  9. Click ‘next’
  10. “Would you like the feedback to be reviewed for removal?” – click ‘next’
  11. Choose "Product Feedback'
